In general, the more specific, credible, and timely a whistleblower report, the more likely it is that the report will be forwarded for further follow-up.
The entity asks its questions to the whistleblower on the platform under the control of the mediator (a bailiff). He supervises and facilitates all communication. The whistleblower may, at the end of the procedure, request the drafting of a report made available to both parties that can be used as a proof of the processing of the alert.
